The highly anticipated arrival of the Google Nexus S 4G, that has been available for pre-order for some time, has now been announced as May 8th 2011.

The Nexus S 4G will be available on Sprint on a two year contract for $200 and is equipped with a 4 inch Super AMOLED display, with processing power provided by a 1GHz Samsung Hummingbird processor and 512MB (RAM), together with 16GB of on-board storage.
The Nexus S 4G is the only Nexus S phone with 4G connectivity and comes running Android 2.3, Gingerbread together with network Wi-Fi connectivity via 802.11 b/g/n and Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR, for connection to peripherals.
