Most of IT Professionals Still Rely on Windows XP [Report]

Microsoft released Windows XP in October 2001 & long life Operating System support will be according to current plans to stop in April 2014. Although a large proportion of consumers have already migrated to Windows Vista & Microsoft’s latest Windows 7, the company remains committed to relying on Windows XP.

As per Dimensional Research, the company has interviewed more than 950 IT professionals, the report shows that up to 48% of respondents intend to continue the Windows XP to use its aid ended. The report shows that the transition to newer operating systems are not slow to update the costs, but IT professionals still rely on Windows XP, because seeing it as a great operating system.
